Due to the personal nature of Roman products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened used or tampered with,
if your order arrives, damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and if approved provide a replacement or a refund
