Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of grooming products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
